How long is production time ?


For all items, kindly allow the full production time as noted in each item. Shipping days should be added to production time. If there are holidays in between, we might need to add those days as well. We observe all National & religious holidays with additional two breaks a year: a week in August and from Christmas to New year.




Can I customize my order ?


Yes, you can mix collections and ask for custom sizes. For personalized and complete custom orders, please visit our Design your own (dyo) collection here.




Why is organic important ?


Organic cotton has a low-impact on the environment and handlers. It is grown and harvested by methods that do not use toxic pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers or defoliants. It relies on natural methods which includes (but is not limited to) crop rotation and cow manure for soil fertility; beneficial predator insects; lengthened growing periods for natural defoliation; and hand-picking, which results in less waste. The statistics from various countries on the health issues of the farmers and handlers of chemically treated crops are startling. The health benefits of organically grown cotton are clear, as are the environmental aspects: reduced toxins and pollutants which infiltrate both the soil and water systems and consequently all living things. It might also be interesting to know also that the cottonseed meal, which is a byproduct of the ginning process, including that of chemically treated cotton, is fed to livestock and can come to us in the form of cottonseed oil in our foods. We use only organic fabrics that meet the GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) for farming methods benefiting farmers, processors, Earth, and consumers by using natural, non-toxic means to control crops from seed to harvesting, from milling to finishing. Can I mix collections ?


Mix & match: A' la cart orders are welcomed, you can mix fabrics from different collections, you can ask for a specific size, you add/remove piping & bows. Let your imagination soar and we'll create it for you.

Can I make or ship my own fabric ?


We do not accept sent in fabrics but you are welcome to visit our Design Your Own collection where you can create a custom design using over 80,000 art illustaritions and 100+ fonts. Click here.




What is your return policy ?


All of our products are custom made to order and therefore not returnable or refundable. We do offer a 24 hour window for you to change your mind, after 24 hours your order becomes final and and cannot be canceled or refunded after that time frame. You may change fabrics choices at additional cost for fabrics. Please exercise good judgment before placing your order and ask any and every questions you may have, we'll be happy to help with any questions or concerns. If there is any issue with your delivery or wrong item was sent, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Any & all claims must be filed within 3 (three) days for authorization to exchange. Only wrong orders may be exchanged. All exchanges must be shipped via trackable and insured mail, in original packaging, unused and unwashed. Used or washed items are not eligible for return for any reason. We will not be responsible for lost retuned mail. Return shipping will not be refunded. If it is not possible to replace or repair your order, we will issue a store credit only. Replacements, repairs and/or store credits amounts are issued at our discretion, and may occur deduction of shipping fees. In case of lost or damaged mail please let us know as soon as possible and we'll do everything possible to replace your order or file an insurance claim with the carrier. Digital mock ups are delivered by email and cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged. Digital mock ups are delivered by emal and cannot be returned, canceled or exchanged. Stock items (marked as STO only) may be returned in the original packaging, unopened and unused within 14 days of delivery. If you do not wish to exchange your item, we will issue a store credit only, deducting shipping fees. Purchases cannot be returned after 14 days of delivery. Items returned opened will occur a 10% restocking fee. Used or washed products are not returnable. All special savings prices, sales or orders placed with a coupon, are final and are not returnable.




Do you offer payment plans ?


Yes! To help offset costs, we offer a payment plan up to 3 installments at 0%. Feel free to contact us for more information on how set up a payment plan. The last payment must be made before an order can ship.




Do you offer Rush Service ?


Yes! Depending on our work schedule and the product in question, we do accept rush service, at additional 20% surcharge. For rush service please contact us prior to placing an order, to check if such service is feasible. If it is, we will invoice you for the 20% surcharge after you place an order, or set up an invoice with rush service included.




What is your shipping policy ?


All order shipped within 48 continental US are shipped free on orders over $100, delivery time are 5-7 business days, signature required. You can upgrade to express shipping at additional cost, contact us to opt for express shipping. All packages must be signed for. If you will not be on site to sign for the delivery a notice will be left for you to contact your local post to pick up your delivery. Your order will be shipped to your address as it appears in your payment account. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete. Please make sure your address for delivery is up to date. If you need to make any changes in delivery information please do so with in one (1) week of your order. We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform or comply with our obligations under these Terms if the delay or failure arises from any cause, which is beyond our reasonable control. The timeframes given for the delivery of the products ordered by you are estimates only. You acknowledge and agree, time is not of the essence. Orders with multiple production time will ship in one package and you should consider the longer production time. If you need multiple shipments please contact us for additional information. Multiple shipments may occur additional charges.




Do you ship International ?


Yes we do, but with some exclusions. You can preview shipping prices and countries available at the checkout page, before you start the checkout process. Just enter your country's destination after adding items to your cart. All order shipped outside 48 continental US are shipped via USPS Priority or FedEX (for orders over $749) insured mail. Delivery times vary by destination and usually takes approximately 10 business days, excluding possible custom delays or very remote destinations. You can upgrade to express shipping at additional cost, contact us to opt for upgraded shipping. All packages must be signed for. If you will not be on site to sign for the delivery a notice will be left for you to contact your local post to pick up your delivery. Your order will be shipped to your address as it appears in your payment account. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete. Please make sure your address for delivery is up to date, we will not make any changes to delivery address, items will be shipped to the address as it appears in your invoice. Shipping and billing addresses must match. If you wish to ship to a different address then billing, we will need to verify your information via email. We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform or comply with our obligations under these Terms if the delay or failure arises from any cause, which is beyond our reasonable control, including possible custom delays. SECURITY All security on our Website is treated seriously. Can I track my order ?


If you opted to become a VIP member (free or paid) you can save your shipping and billing information, payement information and see the order status in your account. Both VIP and non-VIP members: Once an order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking info. You can click on the live link to track your package, all deliveries must be signed for. International buyers guide


International buyers please use Paypal only. You can use all major credit cards to submit payment. Make sure to include shipping address via Paypal as well as out website to avoid order cancellation. This is an extra measure of security for you as a buyer, required by Paypal. Shipping costs: Orders over $749 must be shipped with signature required which triggers a much higher shipping cost. To keep shipping costs affordable, keep orders under $749, if need be, split your order to save on shipping costs.




Can I send my own image or graphics


Due to both quality and for legal/copyright reasons, we cannot accept sent in images or graphics. You are welcome to browse our 20+ collections with 80,000+ elemts and 100+ fonts. You can also submit a request for a custom art work. If feasible we will send options and quote for a custom order. *Famous Disney/Marvel etc. characters are protected by copyright laws. Licensing these characters is in the millions, so no, we do not offer custom requests for these characters.




What is the difference between Lublini Everyday, Lublini Bespoke & Lublini DYO ?


There are 3 tiers/ways to shop: Lublini Everyday, Lublini Bespoke & Lublini DYO (design your own). This is a break down of the three tiers:
Tier I >>> Lublini Everyday (via Etsy platform) ~ non customized / non-personalized, no changes to design or sizes, fastest production.

Tier II >>> Lublini Bespoke our website & on Etsy ~ optional personalized, add name/message, request custom sizes.

Tier III >>> Lublini DYO (design your own) this website only ~ customized and/or personalized, change design size, colors, add elements, remove elements, add text etc. complete design freedom.
